About

We set out to break from politics as usual, creating a bold, fresh alternative for a political brand. At its core is a simple, memorable green circle—symbolizing a sustainable planet and a call to action: Go Green. Its simplicity allows anyone to recreate it with everyday materials, reinforcing the idea of collective action and a future shaped by all of us. Across 2024, hundreds of Green Party members—from volunteers to MPs—came together in online workshops to help shape the brand and uncover the key issues facing Canadians. Their insights directly informed the strategy, ensuring relevance and authenticity in every image and message. The typography reflects the Party's modernity and heritage. GP Neue Montreal, designed by Pangram Pangram with custom modifications by Matt Boyd, is paired with Gelica, a contemporary take on Windsor—the Green Party’s original typeface from 1984.
